**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow CSM and PPM solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow CSM functionalities to optimize customer service management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus on project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support business analysis and project management activities.
- Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of business analysis processes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creative problem-solving.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Portfolio & Project Management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
