At Sapaad, we’re offering a unique Junior Project Coordinator Internship where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to project execution, agile practices, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with our Projects Team to coordinate timelines, manage documentation, and support seamless communication between developers, QA, product managers, and business teams. This role is designed for early-career talent or students looking to gain valuable experience in SaaS project management and product development.

Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent role as a Junior Software Project Coordinator at the end of the internship.

Project Coordination & Support
Assist project teams in ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
Help track project progress, schedules, and deadlines under senior guidance
Prepare weekly reports, meeting notes, and project status updates
Agile Practices
Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with developers and QA teams
Help monitor risks or delays and flag them proactively
Maintain and organize project documentation on Confluence or other tools
Assist in running sessions on agile/scrum practices for interns and junior hires
Stay updated on AI trends and explore opportunities for automation in project tracking and reporting
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS Office
