Part of the Bahety Group of Companies, BCPL has built strong relationships with top perfume and cosmetic retailers across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Manager located in New Delhi. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, monitoring project progress, handling logistics, expediting processes, and conducting inspections. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with team members and external partners to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Expectations

- Able to understand and evaluate designs, technical drawings and understand material specification.
- Qualified civil engineer.
- Experience in Logistics Management and Inspection
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain quality standards with monthly maintenance across all stores and boutiques.
- Experience in the beauty or luxury brand industry is a plus
- Maintain project budgets and keep account of the Purchase invoice, purchase order and payments
- Actively work on Boutiques, SIS, brand set ups etc across Pan India
- Will be reporting to Project Lead
