Industry : Kitchen Appliances Experience : 1-3 years Open Positions : 1 Salary : 25k-40k Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a top-tier professional who excels in delivering outstanding customer management and enhancing our brand's reputation. To thrive in this role, one should possess a deep understanding of customer engagement channels and bring Kitchen Appliance industry experience. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and fostering a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities: Manage Customer Interactions: Managing inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, answering inquiries, and providing product info faster than a speeding bullet. Resolve Issues Proactively: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, taking proactive steps to maintain positive customer experience. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborating with IT developers as well as the production, marketing and sales team to enhance customer service and brand awareness and manage outbound relationships, providing an exceptional experience that leads to repeat sales. Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. Track Customer Journeys: Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Align Strategies: Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing customers regarding new product features and functionalities. Analyse Feedback: Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases and provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience, making it better, stronger, and faster. Stay Updated: Stay informed about current industry trends, product updates, company policies, and new CRM technologies. Qualifications & Desired Skills: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in F&B, Culinary operations, technical fields, Business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, customer experience specialist or a similar customer support role. Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Experience in in gathering and interpreting customer experience information and should have a client-centered approach. Proficient in using customer service software, CX and CRM software. Pro at Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of commercial cooking appliances or a related industry is a plus.
