Executive assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communication:
Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Draft and send emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Manage and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Travel & Logistics( 40%):
Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing itineraries.
Arrange for visas and other travel documents as needed.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and electronic.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Exercise sound judgment and diplomacy in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize competing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
