We are Ecommerce and distribution company which deals in IT Hardware of leading Brands such as Acer, Lenovo, Cooler master Viewsonic, MSI etc..


Role Description

  • Manage and grow assigned e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, Jiomart, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace representatives and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart ads, etc.).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, sales trends).
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and marketplace policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Trademark & Brand Registry Knowledge


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing ecommerce accounts, client coordination, and driving online sales
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing ecommerce strategies
  • Skills in optimizing product listings and monitoring campaign performance
  • Knowledge in executing marketing and promotional activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment
  • Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
