We are Ecommerce and distribution company which deals in IT Hardware of leading Brands such as Acer, Lenovo, Cooler master Viewsonic, MSI etc..
Role Description
- Manage and grow assigned e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, Jiomart, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace representatives and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share.
- Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, sales trends).
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and marketplace policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Trademark & Brand Registry Knowledge
Qualifications
- Experience in managing ecommerce accounts, client coordination, and driving online sales
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing ecommerce strategies
- Skills in optimizing product listings and monitoring campaign performance
- Knowledge in executing marketing and promotional activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment
- Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
