We are known for exceeding customer expectations, successful solution delivery, and a commitment to innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bidding Specialist (GEM) at Jintech Solution Ltd., located in Ahmedabad. The Bidding Specialist will be responsible for identifying bid opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, preparing bid proposals, and managing the entire bidding process. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and monitoring bid status. The specialist will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and continually update knowledge of GEM portal policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience with Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and bid management processesAbility to prepare and submit detailed bid proposalsStrong coordination and communication skillsProficiency in monitoring bid status and compliance with requirementsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of GEM portal policies and proceduresBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldSalary15k to 45k salary + atterctive incentive
