What we’re looking for: Manage and mentor the QA team in automation testing methodologies and best practices.

Develop and implement training programs for team skill enhancement.

Contribute on technical improvement on framework, Scaling up infrastructure, web and Mobile Automation Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and development plans.

Hands on developing the team both technically and functionally and grow as team Managing relationships with cross-functional teams like development, Dev Ops, Product, Data Review status reports from the supporting team manager and take appropriate actions accordingly.

Should be the focal point of contact for the QA team for all the escalations related to testing and Quality assurance.

Creating and defining risks, contingencies and plans.

Start monitoring all operations that affect quality.

Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Mentor with the QA Manager to set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry.

This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum.

Begin managing a small team and choosing the right number and skill set of resources for a project.

Work with QA manager and Director on setting up goals and objectives.

"Finding and arranging behavioral , functional, non-functional training needs for the team" Coordinate activities which enforce quality improvements.

Managing relationships between cross functional teams like development, devops, product managers etc.

Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards Essential Skills & Requirements: Use processes for test plan reviews and ensure that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.

Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Hands-on experience in API automation testing using POSTMAN & Rest Assured.

Hands on experience in Cypress, Selenium (Web based Application) automation, Mobile Automation tools (Appium , XUITest) Automation framework enhancement and designing test scripts using cypress.

Automation experience in Mobile application testing Ensure comprehensive test coverage across different layers of the application (UI, API, backend).

Extensive experience in programming languages Java/Python, Javascript Integration with CI/CD , Cross browser testing, Visual regression.

Expertise in executing functional testing, smoke testing, integration and regression testing Expertise in setting up test activities for a project, writing organized test plans and test strategy Excellent written & verbal communication, problem solving, analytical and time mgmt.skills Enjoy collaborating with team to solve problems with creative, out-of-the-box thinking Experience in defect tracking tools like JIRA Technical Skills (Optional): Experience working in any of the automation programming languages -Java, Java Script, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Web API, JSON, SOAP, REST, Databricks, Pyspark, Python, SQL, Airflow (Data processing), Graph QL, Postgres, SQL and No SQL Condé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.
