CRiEYA is a Centre for Research, Innovation & Entrepreneurship for Young Aspirants at MIT-ADT University in Pune. It focuses on nurturing young innovators and entrepreneurs by providing them with resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities. CRiEYA offers programs like the Pre-Incubation Program, which helps students turn ideas into prototypes, and has established a Research Park Foundation (CRPF) to further drive research and innovation.Qualification: BE, PG in Management/Equivalent. Relevant experience of 3-5 years is desired.Pre-incubation manager will look into following responsibilities but not limited to:Coordinate activities among faculty mentors, department coordinators, and support staffAssist to Chief Operating Officer to manage day-to-day functioning of the pre-incubation center as per CRiEYA's Pre-Incubation Process.Plan and oversee mentoring sessions, cohorts, ideation workshops,Maintain detailed documentation of all Pre-incubation activities, events, and participant progress.Document mentor feedback and participant growth for continuous program improvement.Promote pre-incubation programs within the university and to external audiences.Liaise with department coordinators, students, and CRiEYA Industry mentors for planned activities.
