Job Overview

The role of Pre-Incubation Manager entails overseeing the development and growth of start-ups through provision of resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships among faculty mentors, department coordinators, and support staff to facilitate a collaborative work environment.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the smooth operation of the pre-incubation center.

  • Organize mentoring sessions, cohorts, ideation workshops, and other events designed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.

  • Document all pre-incubation activities, events, and participant progress in detail.

  • Evaluate and document mentor feedback and participant growth for continuous program improvement.

  • Promote pre-incubation programs within the university and to external audiences to increase visibility and participation.

  • Foster partnerships between department coordinators, students, and industry mentors for successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent academic background is required.

  • Candidates must possess 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
