Will be responsible for Driving employee engagement measures, building a connect with the team with regular meetings, initiatives and approaches across levels to enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, and retention in the company.Job Title: Senior Executive HRBPLocation: MumbaiEducational MBA - HRKey Responsibilities –Employee Engagement Strategizing, designing, and planning activities for the employeesCreating, deploying, and reviewing employee engagement strategies, keeping in mind the changes and evolution of the internal and external environmentDriving employee engagement measures, initiatives, and approaches across levels to enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, and retention in the companyEnsuring proper implementation of human resources policies and proceduresActing as the first line of contact in Human Resources for all operational queriesStaying abreast with market best practices and suggesting the implementation of relevant tools/processesGenerating monthly reports for management and stakeholders Maintaining and updating all employee recordsProvides HR policy guidance and interpretationSkills Required:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
