The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, community engagement, and game marketing, and will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and promotions.- Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.- Build and engage vibrant gaming communities, both online and offline, to foster player loyalty.- Drive digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and paid media strategies.- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with game features and releases.- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.- Identify and leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities to expand brand visibility.- Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Marketing Head, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.- Proven experience of at least 12+ years in Marketing.
