Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Software Products(Healthcare) with a strong background in software product management and AI automation, particularly within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise, along with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), SQL, program management, database management, and AWS. You will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products aligned with healthcare standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare software products.
Conduct market research, gather and prioritize requirements, and analyze industry trends to make informed product decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications.
Ensure alignment between product development and business objectives, focusing on user needs and market demand.
Technical Oversight:
Leverage experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and SQL to provide technical guidance.
Oversee database management and optimization, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Collaborate on the architecture, implementation, and optimization of applications on AWS infrastructure.
Program & Project Management:
Manage product lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery of software products.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and maintain product quality.
Database Management & Optimization:
Apply expertise in MS SQL, database management, and optimization to ensure robust, high-performance applications.
Monitor and refine database performance, implementing best practices in data integrity and security.
Functional Requirements:
Gather and analyze customer feedback and healthcare-specific requirements to inform product features and enhancements.
Develop comprehensive product documentation and conduct user training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management for software products, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Technical proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), MS SQL, and AWS.
Hands-on experience with program management, database management, and database optimization.
Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and requirements is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
