Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and mentor a team of 5-6 HR professionals. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling a diverse range of HR issues, and comfortable with significant travel (5-6 locations). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5-6 HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
Provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues fairly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage HR data and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on key HR indicators.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across multiple locations.
Develop and deliver HR training programs to employees and managers.
Manage the company's benefits administration, including open enrollment and ongoing communication.
Travel to 5-6 different locations regularly to support on-site HR needs and build relationships with employees.
Budget management for the HR department.
Collaborate with other departments to support their HR needs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources management, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
Proven experience in handling a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Experience managing a team of 5-6 HR professionals.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively (5-6 locations).
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
