Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and mentor a team of 5-6 HR professionals. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues fairly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage HR data and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on key HR indicators.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across multiple locations.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to employees and managers.
- Manage the company's benefits administration, including open enrollment and ongoing communication.
- Travel to 5-6 different locations regularly to support on-site HR needs and build relationships with employees.
Must have working experience of min1 year in ATS and HRMS tools like Keka/Zoho People etc
- Min 60% and above from good reputed organizations throughout 10,12 and Graduation
- Open to travel for hiring/ campus recruitment as needed
- MBA HR will be an added advantage
- Budget management for the HR department.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their HR needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources management, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
Must have working experience of min1 year in ATS and HRMS tools like Keka/Zoho People etc
- Min 60% and above from good reputed organizations throughout 10,12 and Graduation
- Open to travel for hiring/ campus recruitment as needed
- MBA HR will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in handling a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Experience managing a team of 5-6 HR professionals.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (5-6 locations).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
