Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.
Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated telecallers with fluency in Hindi and English to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport, and achieving sales targets or handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients/existing customers based on provided leads or scripts.
Effectively present products/services and address customer concerns.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets or customer service metrics (as applicable).
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
Follow established call scripts and procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
(For customer service roles) Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferred, but not always required).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Ability to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
