Please find the URLs below for your reference Software Product offering from Silvermine Group eform2290 Company URL: Roles and Responsibilities ● Resolving customer queries over Voice, Email and Chat ● Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality ● Conduct activities and plan strategy to bring improvement in the teams assigned ● Should be flexible with rotational shifts ● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English Skills Required: ● Minimum 2-6 years of proven track record of International cold calling experience ● Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional ● phone voice ● Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills ● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints ● Strong time management and decision-making skills ● Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations ● Adaptability and accountability Qualifications: Any Graduate
