About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with advanced expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content dynamics on Instagram and You Tube, especially for short-form videos. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and video content that drive engagement and audience retention. Responsibilities: Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro Deep understanding of Instagram and You Tube content dynamics Strong storytelling skills for short-form video content Proven ability to create engaging, retention-driving motion graphics Portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling Qualifications: Video Editing Experience: Professional video editing experience, ideally for You Tube or other social media platforms. Editing Software Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and basic Photoshop knowledge. Motion Graphics Experience: Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects or Motion is preferred. Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of You Tube and other major social media platforms, including video specifications and best practices. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic color theory, composition, and audio mixing principles. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to experiment with new techniques and styles to solve creative challenges. Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills: Advanced motion graphics design Understanding of audience retention techniques Social media content optimization Compelling visual narrative creation Quick, adaptive visual communication Preferred Skills: Technical Proficiency: After Effects (Advanced), Premiere Pro (Advanced), Adobe Creative Suite Why Join Us?
