The role will involve leading manufacturing at an upcoming greenfield plant at Ambernath, Maharashtra.Key Responsibilities:- The role is for a team leader who is capable of training, managing staff involved in production.- The leader will be reporting directly to management.- Tracking and achieving production targets.- Understanding chemical reactions.- Working towards optimizing production process.Qualifications:- Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 10-15 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing of fine chemicals such as APIs / Cosmetic Ingredients.- A Diploma in Chemistry, BE or B. Tech degree with a consistent academic track record.- Candidates are expected to be well-versed with chemical equipment, operations, utilities and managing manpower.
