The role will involve leading manufacturing at an upcoming greenfield plant at Ambernath, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: The role is for a team leader who is capable of training, managing staff involved in production. The leader will be reporting directly to management. Tracking and achieving production targets. Understanding chemical reactions. Working towards optimizing production process. Qualifications:   Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 10-15 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing of fine chemicals such as APIs / Cosmetic Ingredients. A Diploma in Chemistry, BE or B. Tech degree with a consistent academic track record. Candidates are expected to be well-versed with chemical equipment, operations, utilities and managing manpower.
