Acuity Knowledge PartnersAcuity Knowledge Partners, a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence to the financial services sector is hiring a change management & support lead for finance applications to join a team of highly talented finance professionals to drive business value through various finance systems activities and strategic projects.Be a part of a team that has consistently delivered stellar business growth, brand leadership and is continually innovating to offer its clients and prospects the best experience in the digital world.Position Title- Paralegal supportExperience Level-2-3 yearsDepartment-LegalLocation-GurgaonResponsibilities:•Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison with internal departments by gathering information, answering basic questions, scheduling meetings, and relaying status updates (without providing legal advice)•Administrative Support: File and organize paperwork/ legal documents, monitor calendars and deadlines, maintain client records, and manage general office tasks.•Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring security and legal compliance for all documentation•Conduct general research and summarize findings for Legal team.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree (preferably BCom Graduate from a recognized university)•Prior experience of 2-3 years at any corporate departmentKey Skills & Qualities:•Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills•Excellent written and verbal communication•Research proficiency•Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels•Ability to manage confidential information•Excellent organization and time management
