We are hiring legal associates for the Gurgaon location.
- A lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience in a good law firm or independent practice.
- Knowledge of corporate, civil, and constitutional matters will be a good fit.
- Expected to handle legal matters, deal with clients, pleading, and appearance

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a client's needs and ability to fulfill its requirements
- Collaborate with a legal team consisting of lawyers, paralegals, and office staff
- Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the desires of the client
- Assist clients to fulfill the terms of or terminating contracts on mutually amicable terms
- Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language
- Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if provided by the client
- Knowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminology
- End-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Reviewing, redlining & vetting different types of agreements.
- Drafting different types of agreements & negotiations
- Qualification - LLB or CS
- The job location will be Gurgaon, 6 days working.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Litigation: 3 years (required)
- Legal Drafting: 3 years (required)
