Core Objective To create performance-driven video creatives (UGC-style, native hooks, product explainers, trend-led formats) optimised for Meta ads, with the goal of driving CTR, ATC, and ROAS. Key Responsibilities Content Pipeline Video Production Ad Creative Testing Creative Optimization Platform & Trend Awareness Internal Coordination Requirements 1–2 years of experience in content creation or performance-led video Strong command over short-form formats — Reels, Meta Video Ads, UGC Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera Hands-on knowledge of editing tools like Cap Cut, In Shot, Adobe Suite Deep understanding of what converts on Meta (hooks, CTAs, visuals) Highly self-organised with ability to multi-task & meet deadlines Bonus: Passion for skincare, beauty, or lifestyle D2 C brands Why Join Us?
