We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our search engine optimization strategies, with a keen eye on leveraging emerging technologies like AI for enhanced performance. You will play a crucial role in improving our organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and enhancing our online visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and user intent, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate.
  • Perform comprehensive SEO audits of websites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc., and interpret data for AI-driven insights.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and bounce rate, utilizing advanced analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, including advancements in AI and machine learning for search.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing and new content for search engines, potentially integrating AI content generation and optimization tools.
  • Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new and existing websites, considering technical requirements for AI-driven SEO.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO listings (Google My Business, etc.) for relevant businesses.
  • Identify and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority, potentially using AI for competitive analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance and insights to stakeholders, including projections based on AI analysis.
  • Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for growth, potentially leveraging AI-powered competitive intelligence tools.
  • Possess a strong understanding of web analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
