We help brands stand out with high-quality, creative, and impactful visual content. Our work includes videos, reels, and designs that bring each brand’s story to life in the most engaging way. About the Role We are looking for a creative and dedicated Video & Reel Creator and Designer to work with us on a full-time, long-term freelance basis . You will be part of our daily workflow, taking up requests as they come in and delivering high-quality, creative visuals within the assigned timeline. We expect commitment, professionalism, and consistency. This is not a short-term or one-off project; we’re looking for someone who can grow with us and be part of our team for the long run (minimum of 6 months). What You’ll Do Create engaging and visually stunning short videos and reels for various brands. Design posters, carousels, and other marketing visuals that reflect each client’s identity and message. Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring fresh and innovative ideas to life. Edit and enhance videos and graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Accept feedback constructively and make revisions as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in video creation, editing, and design. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Good sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail. Must be available and responsive for assigned tasks. Must be consistent, dependable, and open to long-term collaboration. Portfolio required, applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Pay Structure Payment is based on the number of deliverables completed, as tracked in our timesheet. Reels: ₹500–₹800 each Posters: ₹300–₹500 each Carousels: ₹600–₹800 each
