We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SDR Manager to lead and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of SDRs to drive pipeline growth and meet revenue goals. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create scalable processes, define strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing SDR team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the SDR team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and coaching sessions to monitor and improve performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to maintain team engagement and morale.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Design and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies to increase pipeline growth.
  • Develop and refine scripts, email templates, and cadences for effective prospecting.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leaders to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Leverage tools like Hubspot, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar platforms to streamline prospecting efforts and track performance.

Performance Tracking and Optimisation:

  • Analyse SDR metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates) and report on team performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly audit CRM and sales processes to ensure data accuracy and streamline workflows.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with sales leaders to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and audience targeting.
  • Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SDR Manager or similar role in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.
  • Track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue goals through effective team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Background in building scalable sales processes and teams.
