Scope
Role Summary and Responsibility
Designation: Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts
The incumbent would be a part of the Key Account Management team within the Aon Consulting business and will be expected to strengthen our brand and increase sales. Such a person will be an individual contributor as of now involved in
- Growing revenue from existing large accounts and sign up new accounts
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and create an account map of important stakeholders.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for Strategic clients
- Provide thought leadership to clients on Assessment Solutions across Pre-Hiring & Post-Hiring Talent related priorities of the organizations.
- Gather market intelligence, Competition Products/Solutions, actively sharing feedback internally that further helps in building on our product/solutions journey.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Desired Experience
- 6+ years of technology product sales (B2B) experience
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
- Strong relationship and connects with HR Professionals in the region – Talent Heads, L&D Heads, CHRO’s.
- Sales experience to HR professionals is preferred
- Understanding of the Assessment Industry is a plus

- Ability to understand the client’s problems and connect the dots of how our solution can help
- Strong written, oral communication and listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements.
- Should gel well with our existing young and passionate team
