About the RoleThe role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining property-related services, and driving successful lead conversions. The ideal candidate must have a strong telesales background and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers and tenants.- Explain and promote real estate offerings (primary & secondary properties).- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and closures in CRM.- Collaborate with the on-ground sales and operations teams.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.- Ability to explain real estate offerings confidently and handle objections.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi would be an added plus).- Customer-focused, motivated, and target-driven persona.
