AVP- Human Resources

Job Summary:
The candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals, enhancing employee experience, and promoting organizational growth. Will ensure the organization’s HR needs are met efficiently and effectively, focusing on Team handling, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Review and update HR policies in compliance with current regulations and organizational needs.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Promote career development and succession planning to support organizational growth.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement.
Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Ensure salaries and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes efficiently.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Stay updated with legal requirements and recommend changes to management as necessary.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring their continuous growth and professional development.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Act as a role model, upholding the company’s values and ethical standards.
Experience:
16+ years of experience in human resources management
Skills :
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build relationships with employees and management at all levels.
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
Other Qualities:
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
