As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our HR processes and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and partner with managers to understand staffing needs.
Onboarding & Induction: Manage onboarding processes and conduct induction programs. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable feedback to improve retention.
Compliance & Administration: Oversee background verification and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR field, preferably in the retail or beauty sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
