Employee Engagement & Welfare- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.- Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.- Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.4. HR Policies & Compliance- Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.- Maintain compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).- Update and maintain employee personnel files and records.5. Performance Management- Assist in performance appraisal processes.- Maintain performance data and feedback records.6. Exit Formalities- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.- Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.
