Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring personnel management practices align with company standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR management efforts, maintaining compliance, addressing employee relations matters, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. The role requires flexible and effective communication to support a wide range of HR operations. Qualifications Proficient in foundational Human Resources (HR) functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and workforce planning Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies effectively Skill in Employee Benefits administration, including health benefits and performance incentives Capable of handling Personnel Management tasks and developing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction Strong knowledge of HR Management principles and compliance with employment regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and communicate effectively across different levels Previous experience with HR software or systems is desirable Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification (e.G.,SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
