The India business is central to the brand’s next chapter of global expansion , with a clear mandate to institutionalize world-class financial governance, accelerate scale, and prepare the enterprise for the rigor of a potential public listing.

Role Purpose

The CFO will serve as the financial architect and strategic partner to the India leadership team. This role demands a seasoned finance leader who can balance board-level strategy with operational execution, ensuring robust governance while enabling ambitious growth in a fast-evolving fashion and retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

· Shape and execute the long-term financial strategy that underpins accelerated growth, market expansion, and global integration.

· Develop and deliver India’s financial roadmap , aligned with BHPC’s global growth vision and designed to meet the rigor of IPO-level expectations.

· Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization , ensuring visibility across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.

· Provide actionable financial insights to support market entry, category expansion, retail rollouts, and omni-channel growth.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to Partners and Board on capital structure, risk-return trade-offs, and strategic investment opportunities.

2. Financial Control, Compliance & Governance

· Institutionalize a robust financial control framework , covering accounting, reporting, and enterprise-wide risk management.
