Proven experience in BPO and bulk hiring. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
