About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SaaS Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and generative AI to join our expanding AI business team. In this pivotal role within our marketing department, you will contribute to defining and refining the positioning and messaging for our product portfolio, technology stack, and growing customer base. Your focus will be on driving the success of our Conversational AI solutions in the North American market.


As a Product Marketing Manager at Skit.ai, you will be at the forefront of shaping and communicating the value of collections automation and Conversational AI solutions. Your role is pivotal in articulating our point of view and crafting compelling value propositions tailored to the global markets and audiences we serve, driving growth and expanding our market share.


In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop a wide range of marketing collateral, including product guides, ebooks, whitepapers, demos, case studies, blog posts, webinars, customer presentations, use case collateral, website content, and thought leadership pieces. Work with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with Content, Brand, and Design professionals to create cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement materials to empower our sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Equip the sales team, including SDRs and AEs, with the necessary tools and resources to sell SaaS products effectively. Develop sales presentations, battle cards, and training materials to enhance their product knowledge and sales pitch. Guide SDRs for ABM messaging and communications.
  • Leverage your content writing skills to craft engaging narratives that resonate with our target audiences across various channels.
  • Build strong relationships with industry analysts , ensuring our innovative solutions are well-positioned and recognized.
  • Collaborate with product management to define the go-to-market strategy for new product releases and updates. Create marketing assets that showcase product features, value props, benefits across distribution channels, and promotion strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to drive product improvements, identify market opportunities, and refine marketing strategies.

  • Prior knowledge of SaaS, AI, Contact Center, and Customer Experiences preferred.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 4+ years in product marketing within the SaaS or AI tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS AI business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful content.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and meetings to get the alignment needed to prioritize work
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
