The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple clients simultaneously, and driving results through Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The role also involves leading a team of 10-15 performance marketers.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads for multiple clients, focusing on lead generation, eCommerce growth, and ROI.- Effectively manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Facebook Ads Manager.- Oversee Google Merchant Accounts, Feed Management Tools (e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed), and other advertising platforms.- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 performance marketers, ensuring effective collaboration and team productivity.- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering tailored strategies and measurable results for each.- Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and share actionable insights with clients using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Supermetrics.- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing ecosystem.Eligibility Criteria:- 5+ years of paid digital marketing experience in a digital marketing agency setting.- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and delivering results.- At least 2 year of experience leading a team of 10-15 members.- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related platforms, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other performance-tracking tools.- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a client-centric mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.Preferred Skills (Plus Points):- Experience with Amazon Seller Ads, Bing Shopping, or similar platforms.- Familiarity with feed management tools such as Feedonomics or GoDataFeed.- Experience with advanced reporting tools like Supermetrics.- Knowledge of programmatic advertising or additional social media platforms.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative agency environment.- Collaborate with top talent on diverse and exciting client projects.- Be part of a culture that values growth, creativity, and excellence.- If you have the expertise, passion, and drive to lead performance marketing campaigns for multiple clients, we’d love to hear from you
