Requirements:

· Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the retail, fashion, or luxury goods sectors.

· Strong understanding of brand management and experience in building and scaling premium or luxury brands.

· Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

· Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI through strategic marketing initiatives.

· Proficient in working with external agencies and managing partnerships.

· Ability to lead creative teams and work collaboratively with design, product, and sales teams.

· A visionary with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities and risks.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  Experience :  10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
