Job Description :

Are you a dynamic and visionary marketing professional ready to take charge of a leading brand in the wine and beverage industry? SoHoWines is seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts, drive strategic initiatives, and monetize the renowned Sonal Holland brand.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, team leadership, and brand strategy, and who is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership : Manage and lead the marketing and production teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategies and collaboration across departments.
  • Strategic Marketing : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across all brands under the SoHoWines umbrella.
  • Brand Monetization : Spearhead initiatives to monetize the Sonal C Holland brand through partnerships, sponsorships, events, and innovative revenue streams.
  • Digital Campaigns : Oversee impactful digital campaigns, ensuring cohesive online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Budget Oversight : Manage marketing budgets efficiently, tracking spend and optimizing ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze marketing metrics, and present insights to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary representative for all marketing-related discussions internally and externally.
  • Brand Representation : Represent Sonal Holland in high-stakes meetings with industry professionals, partners, and sponsors.
  • Talent Acquisition : Support in hiring and nurturing top talent for the marketing team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in the FMCG, beverage, or luxury industries.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including campaign management and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both big-picture objectives and operational details.
