Work Profile / Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Focus on expanding the company's presence on online platforms and marketplaces.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ensure the team’s skills align with evolving demands in digital marketing.


Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity across all online channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning.


Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing channels, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.


E-Commerce & Marketplace Strategies:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, performance, and sales on online marketplaces.


Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft effective product marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the successful launch of new products and features.


Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically for optimal results.


Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ marketing efforts and market trends to identify opportunities.


Performance Metrics:

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report results to the executive team regularly.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to foster alignment and collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.


Key Skills:

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing teams while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Proficiency in online marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with data analytics and market research for informed decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic Photoshop skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
