What you'll be involved in :


  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients at your assigned sites, addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of Acquir’s sites, ensuring all services and facilities are running efficiently and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle client queries and issues proactively, finding solutions that enhance their experience and maintain trust.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, security, and other site staff to maintain high operational standards.
  • Community Building: Foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere where clients feel supported and connected.
  • Site Maintenance: Regularly inspect facilities, coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements, and ensure that all spaces meet Acquir’s quality standards.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize on-site events that engage and benefit the community.
  • Feedback Management: Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings.


What we're looking for :


  • Experience: in operations, hospitality, coworking, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
  • Presentable as well as Attractive attitude and way of carrying oneself.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining site standards and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with site management tools and processes is a plus.
  • Mindset: A people-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
