Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and paid media to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and high team performance. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables and results.
Campaign Oversight:
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance expectations. Monitor campaign analytics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Develop and manage KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and agency performance. Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Implement best practices and introduce new methodologies to the team for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with business development teams to ensure sales pipeline is serviced.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an agency or similar environment.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, content marketing, analytics, and digital strategy.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management experience with a track record of mentoring, developing, and motivating teams.
Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.) to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
Client Focus:
Proven experience managing multiple client relationships and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
