The role demands a strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction principles, and hands-on proficiency in industry-standard software and prototyping tools. The candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, curriculum development, and mentoring a team of faculty and students to meet industry-relevant learning outcomes. Lead academic planning, curriculum alignment, and student engagement activities Teach core courses in UX research, UI design, interaction design, and prototyping Guide students in real-world projects, internships, and portfolio development Integrate software training into design pedagogy to meet current industry demands Support faculty development and academic operations of the program Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Webflow Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic front-end frameworks Familiarity with interaction design for web, mobile, and emerging interfaces Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field (Preferred). ~2+ years of relevant academic/industry experience in UX/UI and interaction design ~ Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, UI systems, and interactive prototypes ~
