Position Title: Medical Scribe Location: Remote/Onsite (as per requirement) Shift Timings: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones) Experience Required: 4+ years as a Medical Scribe (preferred) or relevant clinical documentation experience Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields Salary Range - 8-9 LPA Key Responsibilities: Real-Time Documentation: Accompany US-based healthcare providers virtually (or onsite) during patient visits. Document clinical encounters, including patient history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans, in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Medical Record Management: Ensure all clinical data is accurately documented and maintained in compliance with US healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA). Transcribe additional notes, diagnoses, and follow-ups dictated by the provider. Administrative Support: Track lab results, radiology reports, and medication updates as per provider instructions. Facilitate provider workflow by reducing their administrative burden. Communication: Communicate effectively with providers regarding updates, discrepancies, or clarifications needed in documentation. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical workflows. Hands-on experience with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athena Health (preferred). Strong listening and typing skills with a typing speed of 60+ words per minute. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation. Work Environment: High-speed internet and computer system for remote roles. Comfortable working night shifts to align with US provider schedules.
