Job Title: Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts Experience: 5–7 years in a reputed organization Noida (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (to align with US time zone) Travel: Self-managed Prepare project-wise and deal-wise profitability reports, along with quarterly and annual financial statements. Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors (including Big 4 firms). Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and perform trend analysis. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and accounting procedures. Generate MIS reports covering revenue, margins, business unit analysis, and scenario-based (what-if) analysis. Support data integrity and revenue recognition processes in SAP S/4HANA . Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel/Office tools.
