Experience: ~5 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer. ~ Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning, ILT/VILT, or product training design. ~ Excellent English communication and writing skills with a global learner mindset. ~ Proficiency in eLearning authoring and multimedia tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond). ~ Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and adult learning theory. ~ Bonus: Experience using HTML/CSS, Git, DITA/XML, or AI-based content creation tools. Design and develop high-quality learning content (eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended programs) aligned with business objectives and role competencies. Translate complex product and technical concepts into simple, engaging, and interactive learning experiences. Partner with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to identify training needs and gather accurate content. Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Suite) and Generative AI to accelerate development while maintaining instructional quality. Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and adult learning theory to ensure effective outcomes. Test, evaluate, and continuously improve content based on learner analytics, performance data, and feedback. Ensure all learning materials align with accessibility, branding, and quality standards. Stay current on emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices to enhance Cyara’s training strategy.
