The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills. The Social Media Executive will get an opportunity to work with full liberty. We will ensure relevant exposure, which will translate into quick personal growth in the field. Opportunity We are looking for a passionate storyteller for this role. As a Social Media Executive in our Brand and Communications team, you will be responsible for driving brand resonance and engagement across all our social media channels. Roles & Responsibilities Should be a Creative Storyteller pushing brand awareness to a new level. Effectively manage all social media accounts and implement social media solutions for allocated clients (posting updates, creatives, responses and everything related to it). Present a very professional image to all clients, in line with the core values of the company. Produce & publish engaging content across social media. Create content across formats {long form, posts, videos, podcasts, static images) either directly or through internal and external team members. Ideate, implement and manage social media strategies to build stronger brand awareness and engagement. Develop content strategies to drive engagement, Organic growth and reach to the platform. Ensure smooth coordination internally with managers, design team and copy team to create high quality and engaging content. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices. Understand and Monitor User engagement and Content optimization. Ability to write great engaging web copy that can stimulate user interaction and engagement. Should be able to foresee the upcoming social media trend and current affairs to propose viral ideas to the company and clients. Ensure proper liasioning with clients for a professional social media management experience. Proactively submit monthly reports for progress on all fronts; including social media, business development, client relationships, management and research. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role. A personality with creative & impactful ideas with excellent communication and writing skills. Should have a knack for both witty & emotional content. Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Pinterest. Must have the ability to understand audience preferences and create content accordingly. Analytical skills to use data, insights, and performance metrics to your advantage. Keen interest in design and visual aesthetics for the best creatives output. Submitting to-do lists and WIP Reports.  CTC: (Can be discussed depending on experience) Experience: 3+ years.
