Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at TRAVEL LUXIS CO LTD (DMC OF THAILAND) located in Mumbai. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing communication with the audience.


Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Creating engaging content for the target audience and repurposing content for different platforms.
  • Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and metrics, and customer sentiment across social media channels.
  • Campaign development: Developing social media campaigns and creating advertisements.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling content release times to maximize engagement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing goals.
  • Staying up to date: Staying updated on emerging platforms and technologies to keep the brand competitive.
  • Managing online reputation: Managing the brand's online reputation.
  • Driving revenue: Leveraging social media to drive revenue.
  • Database management: Maintaining a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts.
