The company's innovative solutions cater to a diverse range of customer needs, emphasizing environmental sustainability and longevity.Job Summary:We are seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead and manage sales for large-scale projects in uPVC and Aluminium systems. The ideal candidate will build relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants to drive revenue and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment (residential, commercial, and institutional).- Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the assigned region.- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and project follow-ups.- Collaborate with estimation, design, and production teams for project coordination.- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.- Maintain sales records, reports, and forecasts.-Requirements:- Experience: 5–10 years in Project Sales (preferably in uPVC / Aluminium / Building Materials).- Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred.- Skills:- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of project sales cycle and tendering process.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.- Location Flexibility: Willing to travel for project and client meetings.-Perks and Benefits:- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.- Travel & communication allowances.- Career growth opportunities within the organization.Interested candidates can share their resume at:
