Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead and manage sales for large-scale projects in uPVC and Aluminium systems. The ideal candidate will build relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants to drive revenue and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment (residential, commercial, and institutional). - Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors. - Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the assigned region. - Conduct site visits, product presentations, and project follow-ups. - Collaborate with estimation, design, and production teams for project coordination. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts. - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Keep track of competitor activities and market trends. - Maintain sales records, reports, and forecasts. - Requirements: - Experience: 5–10 years in Project Sales (preferably in uPVC / Aluminium / Building Materials). - Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred. - Skills: - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of project sales cycle and tendering process. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts. - Location Flexibility: Willing to travel for project and client meetings. - Perks and Benefits: - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - Travel & communication allowances. - Career growth opportunities within the organization.
