The company's innovative solutions cater to a diverse range of customer needs, emphasizing environmental sustainability and longevity.Job Summary:We are seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead and manage sales for large-scale projects in uPVC and Aluminium systems. The ideal candidate will build relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants to drive revenue and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment (residential, commercial, and institutional).Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the assigned region.Conduct site visits, product presentations, and project follow-ups.Collaborate with estimation, design, and production teams for project coordination.Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.Maintain sales records, reports, and forecasts.Requirements:Experience: 5–10 years in Project Sales (preferably in uPVC / Aluminium / Building Materials).Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred.Skills:Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Knowledge of project sales cycle and tendering process.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.Location Flexibility: Willing to travel for project and client meetings.Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Travel & communication allowances.Career growth opportunities within the organization.Interested candidates can share their resume at:📩 hr@prakom.in📞 +91 91001 07841
